~ Aftermath ~
Lincoln City, Oregon – Fall, 2010
This shot was taken with the Nikon L16 – f6.6, 1/250 sec, ISO-84, 9mm fl. The only post-exposure manipulation was to crop some of the sky out.
This stretch of beach at the north end of Lincoln City was blanketed with these huge ‘mountain ranges’ of beige and sand-colored sea foam. Jenny’s dog was actually dwarfed by some of the accumulation.
In the six years that I have been coming to the beaches on the Oregon Coast, I have never seen this much sea foam. It was really quite dramatic!
